Rutas Kayak Menorca is a family business founded by two brothers who love Menorca and want the rest of the world to get to know this wonderful island. A small paradise in the middle of the Mediterranean.
At Rutas Kayak Menorca, we offer a guided tour service:
- The Cave RouteIn this tour, our adventurers discover the most amazing corners of the south coast of the island.
- Kayak rental by the hour so that they can go their own way with complete peace of mind.
The premises are located in Cala en Porter. This is where the adventure begins for our customers.
The sea kayak guides are in charge of guiding the different activities that take place. Being a sea kayak guide is both fun and hard work.. You must be able to take responsibility for guiding groups, leading safe excursions and providing enjoyable, fun and informative explanations throughout the duration of the activity, both in terms of route information and safety.
Our goal is always to try to improve, for this reason we try to achieve our objectives working as a team, with a predisposition to be flexible and valuing the work of all, having always with a smile for our colleagues and especially for our customers.
- To be available for 4 months (from June to September), with the intention of continuing in the coming seasons.
- To have one of the following canoeing qualifications: RFEP Level I or Level II Sport Technician, BCU 3*.
- First aid and CPR certificate.
- Be of legal age (between 20 and 45 years of age).
- Conversational level (medium-high): Spanish, Catalan, English.
- User-level office automation skills.
- Have a driving licence.
