2. What personal data we collect
RKM Balearic Sports, S.L. collects personal data through the following channels:
2.1. Booking form (TuriTop platform) and payment (Stripe)
When the customer makes a reservation through the website, the following data is collected: name and surname, e-mail, telephone, country and channel of knowledge (“How did you hear about us?”).
To complete the payment through the Stripe gateway, the following are also requested: name of the cardholder, email address and bank card details (number, expiry date and verification code). Optionally, the customer can provide billing information such as address, city, postcode and country.
2.2. Contact form
When the user sends a query through the contact form on the website, the following information is collected: name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the message.
2.3. Images and videos during activities
During the kayak tours, it is possible to take photographs and record videos featuring the participating customers.
2.4. Navigation data
The website collects browsing data automatically using cookies and analytical tools. More information in section 7 and in our Cookie Policy.

Once the deadlines have expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients of the data
Personal data may be communicated to the following recipients:
- TuriTop, S.L.: Reservation management platform. It acts as the data processor. The booking data is processed through its servers to manage the contracting and payment.
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.): Payment gateway. It processes the data necessary to process the transaction: name of the cardholder, email, bank card details and, where applicable, billing details (address, city, postcode, country). RKM Balearic Sports, S.L. does not store or have access to the customer's full bank card details, which are managed directly by Stripe on its secure servers in accordance with PCI-DSS regulations.
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager): Web analytics tools that collect anonymised browsing data to analyse website usage and advertising campaign performance.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel): Tracking tool to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Tax administration and competent authorities: Where there is a legal obligation.
No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area, except for those resulting from the use of the tools indicated (Google, Meta, Stripe), which operate under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions).
RKM Balearic Sports, S.L. does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. User rights
The user may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: Know what personal data we process about you.
- Correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request the deletion of your data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
- Opposition: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Treatment limitation: Request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by law.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured and commonly used format, or request that it be transferred to another data controller.
- Withdrawal of consent: To withdraw at any time the consent given for any purpose, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, the user may send a request to [email protected] indicating their full name and the right they wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum period of 30 days.
If the user considers that his/her data is not being processed correctly, he/she has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through its website at www.aepd.es.
7. Third party tools and cookies
The website uses the following third-party tools that may collect browsing data:
- Google Analytics 4 (ID: G-3NCH492T3B): Web analytics. Collects anonymised browsing data to analyse user traffic and behaviour on the website.
- Google Tag Manager (ID: GTM-KJVZL2M): Tag management. It does not collect data itself, but manages the loading of other tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
- Facebook Pixel (ID: 458920405302382): Advertising conversion tracking. Collect browsing data to measure campaign performance on Facebook and Instagram.
- JoinChat (WhatsApp): WhatsApp contact widget. May collect user interaction data with the widget.
- TrustIndex: Google reviews widget. Displays public Google reviews and can upload external content.
- YouTube (embedded videos): YouTube embedded videos may set tracking cookies. They are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode where possible.

8. Transfer of image rights
During the kayak route activities, Rutas Kayak Menorca may take photographs and record videos in which the participating clients appear. These images and videos can be used for the following purposes:
- Publication on the website www.rutaskayakmenorca.com.
- Dissemination on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Advertising and promotional material for Rutas Kayak Menorca.
By accepting the responsibility clauses during the booking process (through the obligatory checkbox in TuriTop or by contracting in person), the client expressly and informedly consents to the use of his/her image and voice captured during the activity for the purposes indicated.
This authorization is granted free of charge and for an indefinite period. The customer may revoke this consent at any time by contacting [email protected], and Rutas Kayak Menorca will remove the identifiable images within a reasonable period of time. The revocation will not affect the uses made previously.
9. Data security
RKM Balearic Sports, S.L. applies the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in accordance with the state of technology and the nature of the data processed.
The website uses HTTPS protocol with SSL certificate to encrypt communications between the user's browser and the server.
10. Modifications
RKM Balearic Sports, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The modifications will come into force as soon as they are published on the website.
