At Rutas Kayak Menorca we are a family business founded by two brothers who are passionate about the sea and our island. We live Menorca intensely and we love to share it with people from all over the world through safe, fun and memorable kayaking experiences.

Our centre is located in Cala en Porter and Es Canutells, on the south coast of the island, from where all our activities start.

To be kayak instructor or guide in Menorca is a job that is as rewarding as it is demanding. We are looking for responsible people, with a vocation for sport and active tourism, able to:
Guiding groups safely in a sea kayak
Convey trust, closeness and a good atmosphere.
Provide clear, interesting and enjoyable explanations about the route, the natural environment and safety.

To apply for the post of kayak instructor / guide in Menorca, The following requirements must be met:
Minimum availability of 4 months (June to September), with the possibility of continuity in future seasons
Sports qualifications related to canoeing or kayaking:
Sport Technician Level I or II (RFEP)

Or equivalent qualifications
First aid and CPR certificate
Approximate age between 20 and 40 years
Languages at conversational level:
English
Catalan
English
French (basic level)
Basic knowledge of office automation
Driving licence
Previous experience as a kayak instructor, tour guide or in active tourism activities will be an asset.
