The client, with name registered in the booking platform Turitop, SL used by the company RKM Balearic Sports, SL, and acting in the name and interest of himself and the group he represents under his reservation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First.<\/strong> That he rents to the company RKM Balearic Sports, SL (Rutas Kayak Menorca), of Cala en Porter, aquatic material consisting of kayak type boats and accessories. The terms of the rental refer solely and exclusively to the material, which in no case is understood as a complete equipment for the development of the activity, but the simple rental of individualised material, without it being possible to deduce, in any case, that RKM Balearic Sports, SL has any obligation to instruct, advise, monitor, supervise or any other form of control and follow-up, both of the form of use and the final use of said material, nor any responsibility for the use that is actually given to the rented material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Second.<\/strong> That he\/she knows the correct way to use said material and the safety measures for its correct use. Safety rules shall be understood to be all those that refer both to the use of the material and to the practice of the sports and activities that can be carried out with this material, without any limit, in terms of regulations, of a temporary, normative, scope or nature nature, this knowledge being as broad as legally possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Third.<\/strong> That he\/she is responsible for the correct use of said material, in accordance with what is stated in the previous section, expressly releasing RKM Balearic Sports, SL (Rutas Kayak Menorca) from any responsibility, including that of receiving instructions for the use of the material. Fourth.<\/strong> That the assumption of responsibility extends to the use made personally or by any other person, whether this person does so with your permission and knowledge or without it and during the entire period of time during the rental and until the time that the material is returned to RKM Balearic Sports, S.L. (Rutas Kayak Menorca), even in the event that such return would occur beyond the agreed rental period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fifth.<\/strong> That he\/she confirms that he\/she has the basic swimming skills to be able to carry out the activity, an essential requirement according to the internal policy of RKM Balearic Sports, SL. If the client does not meet this requirement and, even so, decides to carry out the activity, he\/she affirms that it will be under his\/her strict responsibility, releasing the company from assuming any responsibility, burden or obligation in any situation in which such ability is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sixth.<\/strong> That he\/she is responsible for wearing a lifejacket throughout the activity, an essential requirement according to the internal policy of RKM Balearic Sports, SL.
